Tonkory Some Have It

I first met Tonkory Some Have It “Summer” in the UK when she was just under one year old, and she left a very strong impression on me straight away. There was something incredibly elegant and effortless about her, especially in movement, and she had exactly the kind of balance and type I admire in a Border Collie.

After several unsuccessful attempts to breed from her in the UK, I offered her owner Judith from Tonkory Kennels the possibility of bringing Summer to the Czech Republic and campaigning her here. In 2022, she finally joined our pack.

Although Summer was never able to have puppies of her own, she has still become a very special part of Winyela. In the show ring, she gives us the opportunity to present what we consider true Border Collie movement — effortless, balanced and full of purpose.

Outside the ring, Summer is one of the sweetest and kindest dogs you could ever wish to meet. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and fits into the pack with complete ease. We are incredibly grateful to Judith for trusting us with her and for allowing Summer to become part of our lives.
