Kynagon Malinda Mey “Rheia” came into our lives completely unexpectedly. We had never planned to bring home a puppy from Greece, but after an unsuccessful mating of our Aky, during which we travelled to meet Rheia’s father Alex — European Winner and multiple champion across Europe — we were given an opportunity we simply could not refuse.

From the very beginning, Rheia was an absolute whirlwind: fiery, untamed and unlike any dog we had owned before. It took time for us to truly understand each other, but she eventually grew into a wonderfully easy-going family dog and the natural leader of our pack.

Her endless energy became one of her greatest strengths in the show ring. She always gave 200%, collecting title after title, and at her peak was hard to beat thanks to her powerful, effortless movement inherited from her father.

Today, Rheia is enjoying her well-deserved retirement — although we have a feeling she is already looking forward to returning to the ring in the veteran class.
