Huntly Taste The Rainbow

Huntly Taste The Rainbow “Maeve” joined our pack in March 2025, when we brought her home from Ireland at four months old. Despite arriving in a completely new country and joining an already established group of dogs, she settled in remarkably quickly and very soon made it clear that she intended to become an important member of the family.

Maeve is a bit of a whirlwind – cheerful, lively, incredibly affectionate and also extremely jealous whenever she feels one of the other dogs is getting more attention than she is. She has an enormous personality packed into one little body and somehow always manages to make herself the centre of whatever is happening. Apart from that, she is an absolute sweetheart who adores people and would happily spend the entire day glued to someone’s lap.

She approaches life with endless enthusiasm and curiosity, which makes living with her both entertaining and occasionally rather expensive. The one thing she still refuses to give up, even at almost two years old, is her passion for destroying anything that, in her opinion, was clearly made for her to take apart piece by piece. Maeve certainly keeps us on our toes, but she brings just as much laughter and affection into our lives – and we cannot imagine our pack without our little Irish queen anymore.
