When I found out that Mr. Ross Green (Fayken) will give a lecture about the Border Collies – I didn’t waste any time and booked a flight to my beloved UK.
Atmosphere was fanstastic, Ross has given us so many valuable insights through the history, the Border Collie standard etc. – all wrapped up in a nice presentation form. Cherry on the cake was that he brought some of his lovely dogs with him and we could experience a “hands on inspection”. We talked about everything that we were interested in, and Ross was happy to answer us all one by one. It was great to meet some of the friends, and of course I cannot forget all the lovely food and drinks we were given there.
